One more option you guys have if your change adapter settings is empty then in Network and internet you will find hardware nad sound click on it then there will be option under devices and printers named as device manager you have to open it and it will show caution sign on your network adapter. You have to just simply disable it and enable it again. And you have foxed your problem🎉😊.
